Human resources services We provide you with a remote human resources employee, who provides a wide range of human resources services (employee records management, payroll, vacations).
Information technology services We provide you with a remote information technology specialist, who provides a wide range of information technology services (network switches, system health checks and updates, and active directory).
5. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay for the services provided according to the pricing structure defined in the service agreement. Payments must be made within the specified time frame to avoid service interruptions.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the provision of services. This includes business data, client information, and technical details.
7. Limitation of Liability
Techsup Business Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia
10. Changes to Terms
Techsup Business Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. User Data Deletion
Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp User Data Deletion – Techsup Business
This page explains how users of Techsup Business applications that integrate with Meta platforms (including Facebook and WhatsApp) can request deletion of their personal data.
Techsup Business may receive and process limited user data from Meta products (such as name, profile details, phone number, and messages) only for the purpose of delivering IT services, contact center services, and related support functionality.
How to request data deletion
If you have used a Techsup Support application connected to your Facebook or WhatsApp account and want your data deleted from our systems, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to: info@TechsupBusiness.com
2. Use the subject line: “Meta Data Deletion Request”
3.In the email body, include:
* Your full name
* The phone number and/or Facebook account you used with our application
* The name of the app or service (for example: “Techsup Business WhatsApp Integration”)
4.Optionally, specify any particular data or time period you want deleted.
What happens after your request
•Techsup Business will verify your identity and the association of your Meta account with our systems.
•Once verified, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with that account from our active systems, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, regulatory, or accounting obligations (for example, invoicing and statutory logs).
•You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete. In most cases this will occur within 30 days of a valid request.
Scope of deletion
Data deletion applies to information that Techsup Support controls within its own applications and infrastructure. It does not remove data held independently by Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) under their own privacy policies. To delete data stored by Meta, you must use Meta’s own tools and account settings.
